my flight came in late could not find a ride home ,bill from operations at airport was very nice and helpful ,we had 7 bags 3of us me my wife and ten-year daughter around 1 ;30 am ,so bill called ABC CHAMPION Transportation ,a driver by the name Karim came helped with all the bags what a nice man i will tell you this ,there was a retired navy pilot stranded as well ,driver gave him the front seat ,driver was very professional and polite, Bill and Karim are greatly appreciated

Before my flight I asked someone at TSA if I could take an item with me on board (part for a stick blender) and they said it was ok, I went through security my items passes through the scanner, they were inspected further manually and I went through security. This was around 11:30am on December 20th 2023, since I had confirmed that it was ok for my item to go through security, I came back outside and checked my carry on luggage, around half an hour later I came back through security with just a carry on backpack and my item (stick blender part) this time a shift change had happened, (after 12pm) and this time, they didn’t let me through, they said I couldn’t bring the item with me on the plane, so I had to go back and speak with delta to see if they could bring my luggage back so I could check the item in my checked bag, unfortunately this was not possible, so I ended up losing a $200 item due to one shift considering an item safe to be carried on the airplane and the next thinking differently, this is unacceptable, they took no responsibility, they refused to help me find a solution and lost money because rules seems to change with every shift.
